Refund Policy

01Subscription Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly, annually, etc.) unless canceled.

You will receive a billing reminder before each renewal. You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not wish to continue.

02Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

After cancellation, you will retain access until the period ends, but will not be charged again unless you resume the subscription.

03No Refunds Policy

No Refunds: All subscription fees are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for any subscription period, whether monthly or annual, once payment has been made. This includes downgrades or early cancellations (no pro-rata refunds).

Exceptions: In rare cases, where required by local consumer protection law (for example, a statutory cooling-off period), or in documented cases of our error (such as double billing due to our fault), we may issue a refund or credit at our discretion. These exceptions are limited and granted only when legally mandated or explicitly approved by Lucentra Labs Pvt. Ltd. management.

04Chargebacks and Disputes

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer and the dispute is resolved in our favor, you remain responsible for the charge and any fees incurred. We reserve the right to recover any disputed amounts if reversal occurs in our favor.
